In which I stroll around Tunbridge Wells at night looking for the magic of Christmas displayed in the shop windows of the Independent Retailer.
This has to be my penultimate image of Tunbridge Wells .
This puts the Royal in front of the town. G Collins in the High Street became Personal Jeweller to the Queen in 2000 and became Crown Jeweller in 2007.
Not strictly a window, but above a window and I love bending rules.The Royal Warrant is visible just above the reindeer. The High Street is one of the oldest shopping areas in the town. The sparkly jewels of the day are put away at night and instead for Christmas there is this wonderful display of trees and reindeer. Here the style of the architecture is also visible.
